At Mental Health Media we believe in getting across the real story about mental health, told by those who know.

We run a range of projects which give people with experience of mental distress the confidence, skills and resources to challenge discrimination and speak out about their experiences. And we work with journalists and broadcasters to inform their coverage of mental health issues.

Open Up Anti-discrimination toolkit resources
A unique set of multimedia resources that will support people to come together and lead the way in taking positive action against discrimination - at work, in their local neighbourhood, from friends and family, or in the media. See also the toolkit website which includes discussion boards.
